Steps to make 最爱那入口一霎那的美妙——蓝莓山药

  • 1.戴上手套刮去山药外皮,洗净后斜刀切薄片。蒸锅水开后,上锅蒸20分钟左右,至山药软烂。
  • 2.将山药放入碗中,用勺子碾压至无颗粒感,淋入淡奶油,撒一点点盐拌匀。
  • 3.加入蓝莓味的炼奶。
  • 4.慢慢将山药搅拌成细腻的山药泥。
  • 5.锅中加水烧开,放入冰糖融化后,加入与水等量的蓝莓酱。
  • 6.小火慢慢搅拌至酱汁粘稠后关火备用。
  • 7.裱花袋中装入裱花嘴,倒入山药泥,在盘中挤出山药堆。
  • 8.淋上调好的蓝莓酱即可。
