炸一锅料油才能成就美味
经营性的餐饮饭店是离不开料油的,但是家庭厨房要想做出好吃的饭菜,不妨也做一些料油。料油做起来很简单,只是要费一些时间。但熬一次也可以吃好久。
网上做的料油各种版本都有,有放香菜的,有放洋葱的,还有放青椒的。我分享的是我在厨师学校时老师教的配方配料,所以不做删减和增加。

Steps to make 炸一锅料油才能成就美味

  • 1.所需食材:大葱、姜、花椒、八角、香叶、桂皮、川椒。
  • 2.大葱切段,再对半切开。
  • 3.凉锅凉油,下入所有调料,全程最小火。
  • 4.这是熬快半小时的样子。
  • 5.继续小火熬。
  • 6.大约50分钟,熬到这个样子就可以了,关火。
  • 7.把料捞出来,不要扔掉。用纱布包起来,放很久也不会坏。可以用来炖肉、炖菜、煮五香花生米,可以用很多次。
  • 8.熬好的油放凉。
  • 9.最后过滤到容器里。
  • 10.香气四溢的料油就完成了。可以用来拌面、拌菜、拌馅、做汤,炒菜,都能用。味道很香!
