玛格丽特饼干

Steps to make 玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.准备食材。熟鸡蛋黄5个、黄油200克、低筋面粉200克、玉米淀粉200克、糖粉130克、盐2克。(首先,一定是煮熟的鸡蛋黄。其次,要提前将黄油切成小块放置室温下,彻底软化。)
  • 2.把蛋黄放到面粉筛中,然后用勺用力按压,使蛋黄通过筛网。(蛋黄过筛比较费劲儿,一定要用勺多用力按压几下。)
  • 3.把面粉筛提起来,如图。将通过筛的蛋黄用勺刮下来。
  • 4.蛋黄全部过完筛的样子。
  • 5.把糖粉放到黄油中,用电动打蛋器打发至黄油体积变大,颜色变浅。
  • 6.把黄蛋、低筋面粉、玉米淀粉一起倒入黄油中,翻拌匀均。
  • 7.揉成光滑的面团,如图。然后将面团装到保鲜袋中,放到冰箱冷藏1个小时。(冷藏后的面团比较干硬,在做饼干的时候,可以轻松按压出裂纹。但如果时间来不及,也可以省去冷藏这一步。)
  • 8.取出冷藏好的面团,揉成一个个匀均的小面球放在铺有烤纸的烤盘上,如图。
  • 9.用手指在小面球上轻轻的按压,直到饼干的花纹自然的裂开,如图。
  • 10.饼干都做好后,放到预热好的烤箱,上下火180度烤15分钟即可。
