Steps to make 芝麻夹心海苔

  • 1.水饴100克,麦芽糖10克,蚝油8克,低盐生抽10克,水10克,白砂糖15克放入小锅中小火加热至糖化关火,无需煮开。
  • 2.加入2克的细辣椒粉和1克的黑胡椒粉搅拌均匀。
  • 3.40g白芝麻放入无油炒锅中炒熟。
  • 4.用刮刀将酱料涂抹在海苔上。不要抹的太多。
  • 5.撒上炒熟的白芝麻,也不要撒的太多。
  • 6.用擀面杖擀压结实。
  • 7.烤箱上下火90度,中层,开热风循环,烘烤70分钟。出炉后切片。
  • 8.密封保存。
