炸糖糕
小时候就欠这一口、河南家乡的味道炸糖糕……自己做的卫生而且更好吃,馅料可以任意的放你要你喜欢!我用了很补的红糖搭配核桃仁,再放些玫瑰花又提了味儿,做一次不够吃的感角哈!

  • 细砂糖20克
  • 300克
  • 中筋面粉15克
  • 红砂糖50克
  • 熟核桃仁碎20克
  • 糖渍玫瑰20克(或玫瑰酱)

Steps to make 炸糖糕

  • 1.先发成品图哈!
  • 2.准备好食材(同时也准备了一双一次性手套);
  • 3.将水倒入锅中,加入白砂糖搅拌均匀,中火煮开;(我不告诉你我是用下面条的汤烫的面,我辛辛苦苦擀好面条家里人吃完都不喝汤哈!唉......)
  • 4.将煮好的糖水迅速倒入面粉中,(因为面粉的吸水性不同面团不能和的太软,以免包馅时粘手)用铲子搅拌至无干粉,放在一旁等待晾凉;(看见那个木铲子了吗是在宜家新买的才十块钱,别提多好用)
  • 5.将馅料中所有的材料混合均匀(我是红糖和糖渍玫瑰用手抓匀、再加面粉用手抓匀,最后加入核桃碎用筷子搅拌均匀),成为红糖核桃馅;
  • 6.手和案板抹上少许的油,取出面团揉至光滑;
  • 7.面团均分成10个小面团,每个大概40克,依次揉圆;(面团有点粘如果你感到有难度就带上一次性手套完成);
  • 8.取一个小面团压一下在中间按一个小窝;
  • 9.放入馅料,用虎口捏紧收口,依次完成每一个;
  • 10.揉圆后再用手心按扁;
  • 11.放入预热140度的油锅中,浮起后翻面炸至两面金黄色捞出;
