椰子土鸡汤
过了立夏就是夏天了,

哥哥弄了两个新鲜椰子回来,
破开椰子壳的顶部插上吸管,
润润甜甜的椰青不一会儿就给我喝完了。

Steps to make 椰子土鸡汤

  • 1.准备好食材,买了一只新鲜椰子回来,开壳取肉,新鲜的椰子肉很嫩、很软,口感像啫喱一样,很香,就这么吃也非常好。土鸡在买的时候让档主帮忙宰杀干净并剥皮,土鸡要挑瘦的,不要太肥,煲出的汤水才不会油腻腻的。枸杞子洗净、姜切片备用。
  • 2.土鸡汆水后捞出,用清水洗净沥干水份备用。
  • 3.把土鸡块、椰子肉、枸杞子、姜片依次发入高压锅内。
  • 4.加入适量的清水浸泡食材。
  • 5.盖上锅盖大火煮沸上汽后转小火压制25分钟。具体操作要按照各家的高压锅说明书来做。使用高压锅煮食一定要按操作说明来做,否则会有危险。
  • 6.煮完,等锅内气压降低后才可以打开锅盖。重新煮开汤水5分钟,加入适量的盐调味即可。
