排骨菠菜汤

    Steps to make 排骨菠菜汤

    • 1.排骨要提前浸泡,尽量将血水泡出,中间换2、3次水。炖牛肉或羊肉猪蹄都要这么处理。我一般都是晚上浸泡一夜,到第二天中午做。
    • 2.锅中加水烧沸后放入浸泡后的猪排骨焯一下,去浮沫。
    • 3.取出放入盆里用热水洗一下。
    • 4.放入电高压锅里,加入适量料酒和热水。热水没过排骨。
    • 5.盖上锅盖,调制煮肉档。煮好后不要急着打开锅盖,要焖一个小时。这样煮出来的排骨会很酥软哦。
    • 6.将菠菜择洗干净并焯水,焯水时间不要过长,稍微变色马上捞出。
    • 7.打开锅盖加入葱花和姜丝。
    • 8.加盐调味。
    • 9.最后加入焯过水的菠菜(菠菜可以从中间切一刀),搅拌均匀就OK了。
