Steps to make 银丝卷

  • 1.再取一个面团擀成圆形面片
  • 2.段成想要的长度
  • 3.发好的面团放案板上排气后醒面十分钟。
  • 4.取一个面团擀成长方形面片,面片不用擀的太薄。表面刷一层薄油。
  • 5.对折,如图
  • 6.用刀切成细条,边缘不切断,如图
  • 7.展开,翻面再刷一层薄油,刷油为了不让面团粘在一起。用手拉住两头抻长细丝,可以用手搓一搓把细丝搓圆。
  • 8.段成想要的长度
  • 9.再取一个面团擀成圆形面片
  • 10.面条丝放中间,两边折起如图
  • 11.面片折上去盖住面条、看图
  • 12.包好,接口压在底下
  • 13.冷水上蒸屉,盖上锅盖醒15分钟再开火,水开蒸13分钟左右,时间根据银丝卷大小来定,大了就多蒸几分钟。
  • 14.关火后焖3分钟再打开锅盖
