石锅拌饭
其实,就是一碗普通DE石锅拌饭,由“拌萝卜条+拌黄豆芽+清炒的洋葱+清炒的胡萝卜+拌茄子条+臭酱白菜+秘制辣椒酱+香油+东北延边无公害大米”组合完成的。。配上一碗,经30分钟慢火炖的臭酱汤,简单而下饭。。结果就是一个撑儿。。

  • 煎鸡蛋1枚
  • 拌黄豆芽20g
  • 拌白萝卜丝20g
  • 辣白菜20g
  • 拌茄子丝20g
  • 洋葱20g
  • 香油10g
  • 韩国辣椒酱40g
  • 胡萝卜丝20g

Steps to make 石锅拌饭

  • 1.准备好的食材,东北大米饭;拌萝卜丝;拌黄豆芽;拌茄子;韩国辣椒酱;洋葱与胡萝卜切丝,少许清炒备用。
  • 2.拌萝卜丝:白萝卜切丝,用盐腌制20分钟左右后,控干水份,加蒜泥,少许韩国辣椒酱,少许麦芽糖或是白糖,韩国酱油,鱼露,熟芝麻,大喜大,拌匀即可,入冰箱30分钟左右。
  • 3.拌黄豆芽:黄豆芽焯水,自然放凉后,干辣椒面,少许麦芽糖或是白糖,韩国酱油,鱼露,熟芝麻,大喜大,拌匀即可。
  • 4.辣白菜。这个可以买制作好的。
  • 5.拌茄子,这个可以略过。制作方法与拌萝卜丝,相同。洋葱与胡萝卜切丝,热锅少许凉油,清炒一下,备用。
  • 6.韩国石锅,锅里涂匀香油。
  • 7.把熟的东北大米放在锅的底部,不用太多,上面依次摆放好上面的配菜。
  • 8.鸡蛋一枚,煎至6-8成熟,即可。放在上面的锅上在,再放些韩国辣椒酱,撒上些熟芝麻。。上锅,慢火10分钟。
  • 9.做好的石锅拌饭,吃的时候,用勺子拌匀即可,配上一碗,朝鲜风味的臭大酱汤。。爽丫丫!
