Steps to make Da Nian Dumplings
- 1. Peel and slice the gourd, shred it, and marinate the shredded gourd with salt. Chop the pork into small pieces and add the gourd evenly.
- 2. Mix the gourd and minced meat evenly, then add an appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, and soy sauce.
- 3. Similarly, make a bowl of cabbage and pork filling and a small bowl of celery and pork filling. Finally, add scallions to each filling and stir well.
- 4. Take an appropriate amount of meat filling and place it in the middle of the dumpling skin, then wrap it into dumplings.
- 5. Arrange the wrapped dumplings on a plate.
- 6. Boil water in the pot and add enough dumplings.
- 7. Bring to a boil until cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt to season.
