【番茄配方】黑森林面包——满满巧克力口感
说起黑森林蛋糕大家都知道,很有名气的甜点,今天这款面包也很有特色,外观和黑森林蛋糕一样,而内部却是巧克力面包。口感很新颖,不是很腻很甜,不喜欢吃奶油蛋糕的,可以选择这种口味的。制作也很简单,简单的说就是巧克力餐包抹上黄油或者奶油沾上巧克力碎片。

  • 可可粉15g
  • 酵母4g
  • 巧克力30g
  • 牛奶185g
  • 3g
  • 黄油35g
  • 巧克力豆30g

Steps to make 【番茄配方】黑森林面包——满满巧克力口感

  • 1.盆中放入除了黄油以外的原料,注意要把盐和酵母分开。
  • 2.参照方子“手工揉面”或者“面包机揉面”揉到完全扩展阶段。
  • 3.再加入巧克力豆,揉匀即可进行一次发酵。
  • 4.发酵完成后排气,等分成6个滚圆。
  • 5.放到温暖润,处进行二次发酵到两倍大小(可以在微波炉或者烤箱等密闭空间放上一碗热水来制造湿度,最合适准确的稳定以38度左右较合适,切不可温度过高,如果烤箱有发酵功能可以开启发酵功能后再加上一碗热水来保证湿度)。
  • 6.烤箱预热180度,烤制15-20分钟即可。
  • 7.烤好的面包需要室温冷却后再进行装饰。
  • 8.巧克力融化在一个盘子里,放凉后用勺子刮成巧克力屑。
  • 9.面包表面抹上软化的黄油,撒上巧克力屑即可完成。
