每个女生都喜欢吃冰淇淋,但是由于冰淇淋过于寒凉,多吃对女生不好,听说有个甜点可以让冰淇淋咬着吃,而且不会化,好像听起来也不错。家里正好有椰子油、枫树糖浆,来个枫糖椰香,加入奇亚籽,听起来好像挺不错的,那么继续开启我宅家趣环游的烘焙之旅,开始动手做起来。不到1个小时就搞定了,搭配一些之前做的枫糖麦片,一口咬下去,很酥,入口即化,太好吃了,根本停不下来。

Steps to make 枫糖椰香奇亚籽冰淇淋球

  • 1.准备食材:椰子油 70g 枫树糖浆30g 低筋面粉 200g 奇亚籽 10g。
  • 2.将椰子油放在玻璃碗中先化开(椰子油在室温低于25°C的时候会凝固)。
  • 3.倒入30g枫树糖浆。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将200g低筋面粉过筛倒入。
  • 6.倒入10g奇亚籽。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.用冰淇淋勺挖好造型,放入烤盘中即可。
  • 9.烤箱150°C烤制20分钟。
  • 10.真的很想咬一口。
  • 11.好吃的停不下来。
