牛蒡山药炖老鸡

Steps to make 牛蒡山药炖老鸡

  • 1.薏仁泡30分钟,洗净。
  • 2.山药(鲜淮山)去皮切块。
  • 3.牛蒡擦干净外皮,切较厚点的片。(牛蒡皮富含营养,不要削皮,擦洗干净就好。牛蒡很容易氧化,切好马上放入汤锅用手泡着。)
  • 4.红枣泡软去核。
  • 5.老鸡去皮,剁大块,飞水后,洗去浮沫。
  • 6.把以上材料放入电压力锅,按煲汤键开煮。
  • 7.煲好排气后打开盖子,撇去肥油。
  • 8.枸杞子泡洗一下。
  • 9.把枸杞子放入汤中,盖上盖子焖5-10分钟。汤很清甜,不需要放盐调味,当然了喜欢的也是可以放的。
  • 10.清热养颜,健脾养胃。
