  • 2.用清水浸泡出血水,用厨房纸吸干待用。

  • 5.用手抓拌均匀,腌制六小时以上,最好一夜更入味。
  • 6.点饭煲中加少许食用油,用葱姜垫底。
  • 7.放入梅花肉,按下煮饭键。
  • 8.跳闸时翻个面,再按一次煮饭键,再次跳闸就好了。
  • 9.非常入味,软嫩甜香。
