  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.煮锅倒入适量清水,加入黄冰糖大火煮开。
  • 3.紫薯削皮切小块,百合用清水泡一下,莲子茨实拆开冲洗一下。
  • 4.糖水煮开后先倒入紫薯大火煮开2-3分钟。
  • 5.接着倒入莲子、茨实,大火煮10分钟即可。
  • 6.放至温温的即可食用或者放凉后放冰箱冷藏一下口感更佳。
  • 7.美美的淡紫色,沁心脾。
