Steps to make 【韩国】青海大王海鲜面

  • 1.准备材料,锅洗净,煮锅热水洗锅,倒掉擦干,虾剪开背抽去虾线,绿豆芽、香葱洗净
  • 2.锅里大火煮开水,放入意面煮至八成熟捞出到凉水中
  • 3.用煮意面的水焯下绿豆芽捞凉水中
  • 4.继续焯水,把鱿鱼须、鱿鱼花焯水
  • 5.把虾、螃蟹焯水至红色捞出
  • 6.倒掉水,洗干净锅,擦干,倒入橄榄油
  • 7.烧六七成热放入拍碎的蒜爆香
  • 8.放入虾、螃蟹炒下
  • 9.倒入料酒
  • 10. 放入鱿鱼花、鱿鱼须,洒入胡椒粉
  • 11.放入韩式辣酱、蕃茄酱中火炒下
  • 12.放入意面、绿豆芽,炒匀,加入适量水,使汤汁不那么浓稠
  • 13.加入盐、糖翻匀
  • 14.关火淋入香油拌匀,洒上香葱就可以吃了
