    • 1.准备好的用料。
    • 2.鹅肉半片,洗净,沥干,先用盐在表面均匀擦上一层(稍微多点),加料酒,葱,姜片,所有香料一起按摩按摩。
    • 3.用保鲜袋装好,冰箱冷藏48小时。
    • 4.腌制好的肉用清水冲洗干净,(腌制用过的所有佐料全部不要)。
    • 5.重新加水,加入八角,花椒,桂皮,香叶,鸡精,料酒,盐,姜片,加几颗丁香一起煮开。
    • 6.改小火煮半小时左右,筷子能戳进可以。
    • 7.冰箱冷藏八小时以上剁块。
