芹菜拌花生,是道很好的家常菜,非常咸鲜适口

  • 1.花生用凉水浸泡一夜
  • 2.洗净捞出备用
  • 3.锅中加水放入花生,加所有配料煮40分钟后放凉
  • 4.芹菜洗净切小段
  • 5.放水中略焯后过凉
  • 6.沥水加盐腌5分钟
  • 7.黄瓜洗净切丁
  • 8.放入碗内,加盐腌5分钟
  • 9.将花生、芹菜、黄瓜放入大碗内
  • 10.加生抽、醋、盐、味精、辣椒油、香油
  • 11.搅拌均匀即可
