  • 低筋粉240克
  • 无盐黄油140克
  • 细砂糖8克
  • 泡打粉1/4小勺
  • 袋装红茶2包
  • 牛奶2小勺
  • 食盐3克

Steps to make 奶茶香酥饼干

  • 1.1、将袋装红茶包剪开,将红茶末倒在小碗里;
  • 2.加入2小勺牛奶,浸泡30分钟;
  • 3.无盐黄油在室温下软化,用电动打蛋器打至发白;
  • 4.4、将浸泡的红茶末和牛奶倒入黄油糊里;
  • 5.再搅拌均匀;
  • 6.6、将低粉和泡打粉混合均匀后,过筛入黄油糊里;
  • 7.翻拌均匀无干粉;
  • 8.取一小块面,用手搓成球状;
  • 9.用手将小球压扁,放入烤盘里,再用叉子压上花纹,烤箱预热,上火180度、下火150度烤25分钟即可。
