正月十五元宵节马上就到了,这天我们一家人吃饱了甜甜的汤圆就要去看花灯去 ,汤圆年年都是自己做的,过年家里买的好多坚果吃不完正好用来做汤圆吃 而且口感也不是很甜,喜欢吃多吃一两个也不是问题,我家最喜欢黑芝麻五仁汤圆,炒熟的花生米核桃仁加上熟芝麻配上蜂蜜调馅儿口感香的不像话

  • 葡萄干10g
  • 猪板油30g
  • 蜂蜜2勺
  • 白芝麻25g

  • 1.食材备好
  • 2.核桃花生炒熟
  • 3.糯米粉用50-60度的温水合成面团
  • 4.炒熟的花生核桃弄碎加上熟的芝麻用蜂蜜和猪板油做成汤圆馅
  • 5.糯米粉面团分成小份包上汤圆馅
  • 6.包好的汤圆
  • 7.水开下入汤圆
  • 8.煮的汤圆浮起就熟了
  • 9.吃个汤圆团团圆圆
