奶牛蛋糕卷

Steps to make 奶牛蛋糕卷

  • 1.先分离蛋清、蛋黄。蛋黄加10克细砂糖、玉米油、牛奶搅打均匀、筛入低粉,拌匀。
  • 2.蛋清加盐,分三次加入30克细砂糖,打至湿性发泡。
  • 3.混合蛋清和蛋黄糊。
  • 4.取一部分蛋糕糊加可可粉,拌匀后用勺子舀入烤盘,烤箱预热180度,烤1分钟至表面干燥后取出。
  • 5.倒入剩下的蛋糕糊,烤箱预热180度,中层上下火烤20分钟。
  • 6.将烤好的蛋糕倒扣在晾网上,趁热撕去油纸,散发热气。再将油纸盖在蛋糕上,等待蛋糕冷却。
  • 7.淡奶油加15克细砂糖,打发。
  • 8.蛋糕冷却后翻面。
  • 9.抹淡奶油,摆放草莓。
  • 10.借助油纸卷起后放入冰箱冷藏1小时,切段。
