营养健康的香酥燕麦小饼干
这是一款非常香酥,并且很很很健康的燕麦小饼干。很适合早餐时搭配牛奶,或者做下午茶小零食食用。

因为使用了大量的燕麦、核桃碎,并减少了黄油用量,所以在整形时稍有难度,容易掉渣。但是,吃很多也完全没有负担哦~ 绝对的低糖、低脂、又不缺少酥脆口感和营养谷物的健康小饼干!

一口咬下去,香酥的口味再配上牛奶或者红茶,感觉一整天都是棒棒哒!

  • 红糖70g
  • 蜂蜜40g
  • 无盐黄油110g
  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 泡打粉1g
  • 燕麦片150g
  • 核桃80g
  • 葡萄干80g

Steps to make 营养健康的香酥燕麦小饼干

  • 1.把低筋面粉和泡打粉混合,过筛备用。烤箱预热至170℃。
  • 2.黄油软化,用手动打蛋器打至顺滑,加入红糖(过筛)和蜂蜜,继续搅拌均匀,确保糖和黄油融合均匀,无颗粒。
  • 3.将步骤1的粉类加入到步骤2中,先用刮刀轻微搅拌,至看不到明显粉类即可,再加入燕麦、核桃碎、葡萄干,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.整形:先用手搓成球形,再轻轻压扁,把边缘修整好,然后放在铺有油纸的烤盘中。摆放时,留出适当间距,防止饼干在烘烤过程略微膨胀,而粘在一起。
  • 5.放入烤箱烘烤170℃上下火,15分钟。这款饼干容易烤糊,烤好后要立刻从烤盘上取下来,放在冷却架上冷却。冷却后酥脆,需防潮保存。
