两个鸡蛋让面饼变得金黄,并与奶油一起散发浓香。

Steps to make 松软玉米奶油饼

  • 1.用料:淡奶油95克,鸡蛋2个,低粉120克,盐2克,糖粉30克,鲜酵母6克,煮熟的玉米粒50克,黄油适量。
  • 2.将鸡蛋、奶油、糖、鲜酵母,盐倒入大碗,混合均匀。
  • 3.再加入面粉调成均匀面糊。
  • 4.加入切碎的玉米粒。
  • 5.拌匀,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏发酵一夜。
  • 6.面糊涨发。
  • 7.预热电饼铛。
  • 8.底盘涂抹黄油,将发酵好的面糊用勺子直接舀入电饼铛中。
  • 9.盖上盖子,加热3-5分钟。
  • 10.揭盖,表面凝固。
  • 11.翻面,再继续将表面煎至金黄。
  • 12.出锅,晾至温热食用。
