红烧羊排

  • 料酒2勺

  • 桂皮1块
  • 香叶3片
  • 老抽2勺
  • 生抽半勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 1勺

Steps to make 红烧羊排

  • 1.准备食材,羊排洗干净切成块,胡萝卜、白萝卜洗干净切成滚刀块,大葱大葱切成小段,大蒜切块,生姜切片。
  • 2.锅中加水,将羊排放进去里面加生姜、料酒和大葱段焯水。
  • 3.大火煮开,去掉浮沫中火煮5分钟捞出过冷水控干水分备用。
  • 4.锅中倒油,放入冰糖,炒出糖色,将焯过水的羊排放进去翻炒均匀,使每块羊排都炒均匀,里面加葱姜蒜,八角,花椒,桂皮,香叶,辣椒炒出香味。
  • 5.加两勺料酒,两勺老抽,半勺生抽和一勺蚝油翻炒均匀。
  • 6.锅中加莫过羊肉的开水,大火煮开,开盖祛除羊肉的膻味,再盖盖小火炖煮半小时,将红白萝卜放进去加一勺盐盖上盖小火慢炖20分钟。
  • 7.最后大火收汁。
  • 8.关火,撒上香菜。
  • 9.成品图。
