几番纠结,最终还是决定把那剩下的山楂熬成红糖山楂膏。真心不想再做山楂糕和果丹皮,太费神。这个可以关照大姨妈的红糖山楂膏相对省事一点,薄稠随意——乐意多熬就稠一点,懒得熬太稠就搅和个40-60分钟也可以收工了。
不过,始终没办法省去的工是,去果核,这也是要命的活儿。好在山楂不算太多。。。

  • 1.用料:山楂400克,红糖100克,水适量
  • 2.山楂洗净去果核蒂把,
  • 3.放入料理机,加水搅打。
  • 4.成细腻浓浆。
  • 5.倒入锅中,加入红糖。
  • 6.中火煮沸,并不断搅拌。
  • 7.浆液变浓开始出现划痕,转小火。
  • 8.继续熬煮成稠厚状,熄火。
  • 9.装入容器中密封,冷藏或冷冻。
