葱烧海参
海参样子黑乎乎的,还有刺,长得虽然不好看,但营养价值高,说实话,海参的价格也是蛮高的。过年啦,做个海参当硬菜。

Steps to make 葱烧海参

  • 1.海参洗净,大葱把葱白和青叶的部分分开,葱白部分切花刀,姜切丝。
  • 2.锅里放油,小火把葱青段和姜丝小火炒至微黄。
  • 3.青葱部分炒到微黄,放入葱白,把葱白也炒到微黄,捞出控出葱油备用。炸好的葱白也挑出来备用。
  • 4.锅里放入一小碗清鸡汤,把炸好的葱叶放入煮几分钟煮成料汤备用。
  • 5.葱叶捞出,过滤出料汤。
  • 6.海参开水焯烫十秒左右捞出。
  • 7.超烫好的海参切条备用。
  • 8.锅里炒一点点糖色,放入生抽酱油和料汤煮开。
  • 9.放入海参,加糖,盐和胡椒粉调味儿。
  • 10.煮大约十分钟左右,汤汁收浓,放入葱段烧煮一会儿即可出锅。
  • 11.装盘儿时浇上汤汁即可。
