Steps to make 乳酪蛋糕

  • 1.乳酪与牛奶混合搅拌至无颗粒状态。然后低粉过筛加入到乳酪面糊中,加入6个蛋黄搅拌至无颗粒状态面糊。将面糊放入不锈钢盆里,开小火拌均匀,这样操作口感不错。
  • 2.蛋白倒入无水无油的盆里。
  • 3.蛋白部分分三次加入白糖,搅拌至中性发泡备用。
  • 4.蛋白部分分两次加入到蛋黄糊中,从底部往上拌均匀。
  • 5.分三次加入到蛋黄糊中,从底部往上拌均匀。
  • 6.最后将蛋黄糊加入到蛋白糊中从底部往上拌均匀。
  • 7.模具铺蛋糕纸,外部用锡纸包起来,倒入面糊,轻轻震荡一下。
  • 8.入烤箱水浴法,160度烘烤50分钟。每家的烤箱不一样,所设置的温度和时间也不一样。
  • 9.冷切脱模,切块。过夜的乳酪蛋糕味道更加完美哦!
