创意脆爽藕带
藕带即莲藕的幼嫩根茎,通常为白色、黄色、粉色、粉黄色。它气味甘、平、无毒、与藕同功效。其口感清香爽脆,切开后其断面有十几个孔,中间四个孔稍大其余为小孔非常漂亮,大自然赐予我们的食物无奇不有。这道菜品美丽让人赏心悦目、不忍品尝。

    Steps to make 创意脆爽藕带

    • 1.将买来的藕带洗净去两头,就地取材将茴香洗净做为点缀备用。
    • 2.将藕带切成均匀的段。
    • 3.将切段的藕带切口朝上摆入器皿中(我用的是透明盘子)再配以茴香,两种颜色相得益彰。
    • 4.小杯子是料汁(可根据自行需要随意调口味)将其倒入盘中。
    • 5.藕带真的很漂亮!
    • 6.我家的薄荷植物,取一朵用于藕带的点缀吧。
    • 7.点缀薄荷绿叶创造脆爽藕带完成,入桌品尝吧。
