Steps to make 清蒸武昌鱼

  • 1.生姜切薄片。
  • 2.鱼开肚去鳞,将鱼肚里的东西清理干净。鱼背划刀,将生姜片插入,鱼肚里也放几片。
  • 3.水烧开,将鱼放在锅里蒸。大火蒸三分钟,中火蒸七分钟。
  • 4.蒸的过程中做调料,蒸鱼鼓油和凉开水1:1,调个差不多小半碗,再加少许生粉搅拌匀。大葱切丝放一边。
  • 5.鱼蒸好后把盘子里蒸出来的汤水倒掉。
  • 6.锅烧热了加油,再加入拌匀的调料。
  • 7.最后将葱丝铺在鱼上,淋入烧热的调料。
