黄油卷,一款非常精典的面包,几乎每个烘焙爱好者都做过,很喜欢这个方子,这个方子我还用来做过圣诞面包,口感非常好。

  • 牛奶98克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 黄油30克
  • 蛋液35克
  • 酵母3克
  • 2克

Steps to make 黄油卷

  • 1.把除黄油外的材料放入面包桶内,面粉上挖个小洞放进酵母后盖上,启动一个和面程序。
  • 2.一个和面程序结束后,加入黄油。
  • 3.再启动一个和面程序。
  • 4.两个程序结束已经能拉出薄膜。
  • 5.团好后放回面包桶。
  • 6.启动发酵程序。
  • 7.发酵结束。
  • 8.取出排气后分成9份。
  • 9.取一份,整理成如图的水滴状。
  • 10.左手拉住小的一头,用擀面杖擀薄擀长。
  • 11.从上而下卷起。
  • 12.放温暖处发好酵,刷上一层蛋液,上面撒适量黑芝麻。
  • 13.烤箱预热170度,上下火,热风烤18分钟左右。
  • 14.配早餐、当下午茶都不错。
