自制老酸奶
此食谱为烤箱制作酸奶,比之前面包机做得要更好呢,可以随意放置容器并且可以做更多的量。此次加糖发酵,成品更味美,酸甜可口。

  • 纯牛奶750ml
  • 酸奶菌粉1g
  • 绵白糖50g

Steps to make 自制老酸奶

  • 1.准备原料,绵白糖称好,菌粉若在冷冻室,则取出一袋室温放置15分钟左右,再使用
  • 2.纯牛奶、菌粉、绵白糖混合,搅拌均匀,保鲜膜两层封好,放入烤箱第三层
  • 3.烤箱调制发酵键,定时选择常通,发酵9小时。可以晚上10点钟开始,早上七点钟关闭,很方便。
  • 4.看看发酵效果,很成功。
  • 5.保鲜膜封好,室温放置稍凉,移至冰箱冷藏后,口味更佳
  • 6.可直接食用,也可放果酱更好味。
