Steps to make 鲫鱼豆腐汤

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.鲫鱼开膛去内脏,去鳞去鳃,洗净抹干,用料酒和盐腌10分钟。
  • 3.豆腐切成块。
  • 4.炒锅烧热,用生姜在锅里涂一下以防沾锅,然后倒油。
  • 5.鲫鱼放入煎至两面金黄色。
  • 6.加入足够开水,放些葱段,加些料酒。加盖,烧开后转小火(如果想要汤色雪白,就用大火煲10分钟),小火煲40分钟,鱼汤即呈乳白色。
  • 7.加入豆腐,再煮5分钟左右,加盐和胡椒、鸡精、香菜调味即可。
  • 8.鲜美的汤。
