生孩子时,因为奶水不足,老妈妈每天让喝猪蹄汤,为了让宝宝有饭可吃,强忍着坚持喝到出月子,随后好长一段时间看到这个猪蹄就反胃,完全没有想吃的欲望。
某天看到同事做了这个突然发现好久不吃这东西又开始想念了,趁机去超市买了2个回家做一做。

Steps to make 香喷喷的豆瓣猪蹄

  • 1.猪蹄剁成小块,用温水清水干净沥干水份
  • 2.锅中放少许油,将姜和猪蹄放入其中,小火慢慢翻炒
  • 3.待猪蹄炒至稍变色时,出锅装盘中备用
  • 4.锅中放入豆瓣小火慢慢翻炒
  • 5.待豆瓣炒出香味后,倒入炒过的猪蹄,继续翻炒
  • 6.待猪蹄上都炒有豆瓣的颜色和香味时,加酒料翻炒几下关火
  • 7.炒好的猪蹄放入高压锅中,加入一碗开水和适量盐
  • 8.盖上压力锅盖,接通电源,选择豆类蹄筋--焖炖,等压力锅指示灯跳至保温状态时,关掉电源,等3~5分钟即可开吃
