七月底八月初,是每年黄桃上市的季节!黄桃,营养丰富,常吃可起到通便、降血糖血脂、抗自由基、祛除黑斑、延缓衰老、提高免疫力等作用,也能促进食欲,堪称保健水果、养生之桃。吃腻了或者黄桃吃不了,不好吃,都可以做成黄桃罐头(又名糖水黄桃)步骤极其简单,做完放在冰箱冷藏,热了、渴了,来一口,透心凉

Steps to make 夏日冰爽饮品——黄桃罐头(又名糖水黄桃)

  • 1.黄桃洗净
  • 2.煮至冰糖溶化,黄桃变成自己喜欢的软硬度即可。密封放冰箱冷藏后口感更佳。
  • 3.将黄桃放入锅中,放入冰糖(我用手抓了两把,根据自己喜欢调整)注入没过黄桃的水,开火煮。
  • 4.去皮,切成喜欢的形状(可以是长条,可以是块)用水冲洗一遍
