Steps to make 鱼头豆腐汤

  • 1.准备草鱼头300g 嫩豆腐250g
  • 2.把草鱼头切块用料酒和姜片腌制10分钟,豆腐切丁备用
  • 3.锅中倒入适量油,放入鱼头煎
  • 4.煎到鱼头表面变色即可加入清水(以没过鱼头为准)
  • 5.水烧开后,转入砂锅中,放入葱结小火慢炖
  • 6.炖至汤汁奶白即可下入豆腐
  • 7.放入豆腐后炖10分钟即可加入盐调味
  • 8.加入盐后再炖两分钟即可出锅
  • 9.完成
