潮汕蚝烙
到潮汕必吃的一道菜

  • 薯粉50g
  • 鸡蛋3个

Steps to make 潮汕蚝烙

  • 1.蚝用清水加入1勺盐泡十分钟轻轻的拌几下清洗,这样蚝上的脏东西自然就会分解出来了,不要手搓,然后再开大水清洗干净
  • 2.清洗好的蚝沥干水份
  • 3.香菜,香葱切碎备用
  • 4.沥干水份的蚝装盆里加入50g薯粉
  • 5.打入3个鸡蛋
  • 6.加入葱花和1小勺子盐
  • 7.轻轻拌均匀
  • 8.热锅倒入30mL油
  • 9.开大火油烧热后一口气把桨糊倒入锅里
  • 10.手提起锅把,将桨糊均匀摊平,大火煎好一面再翻另一面
  • 11.煎至两面金黄
  • 12.出锅撒上香菜装饰
  • 13.里边的蚝肉嫩多汁。最正宗的吃法是沾着鱼露吃,但鱼露好多地方没有,当然也可以用酱油,辣椒沾,或不沾也已经很香了
