Steps to make 红薯汤

  • 1.红薯洗净,去皮。
  • 2.切薄片,备用。

  • 4.玉米面用水调成稀糊状。

  • 6.大火烧开转小火,煮15分钟,边煮边用勺子轻轻搅动,直至红薯煮熟,往红薯汤中加入玉米面糊,边加面糊,边搅动,以使玉米面充分拌入红薯汤中,继续小火煮5分钟左右,至玉米面熟软即可。
  • 7.盛入碗中。
