奶香南瓜鸡肉焗饭

Steps to make 奶香南瓜鸡肉焗饭

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.鸡腿去骨取肉切小丁,加入盐、料酒、淀粉适量腌制十分钟。
  • 3.南瓜去皮切小块。
  • 4.奶酪切条,葱切末。
  • 5.热油锅,滑入腌制好的鸡肉翻炒变色。
  • 6.加入南瓜块继续翻炒一会,然后加入牛奶。
  • 7.不断翻炒以免糊底,待南瓜炒软后烹入盐调味。
  • 8.加入米饭炒匀再撒上葱末。
  • 9.将饭盛入烤碗里,在上面摆上奶酪。
  • 10.将烤碗放入烤箱中下层190度烤15分钟,奶酪上色后就可以了。
  • 11.很香很好吃。
