  • 猪肉1块
  • 挂面100g
  • 酸姜1块
  • 泡椒3个
  • 小葱2根
  • 2颗
  • 青菜1把
  • 植物油1勺
  • 油辣子2勺
  • 酱油1勺
  • 陈醋1匙
  • 生抽1勺
  • 花椒粉1/2匙

Steps to make 酸萝卜肉丝面

  • 1.酸萝卜和酸姜切丝,泡椒切段。
  • 2.猪肉切丝。
  • 3.面碗中加入酱油,油辣子,陈醋,葱花和蒜末。
  • 4.锅中烧水煮面,水开后盛出一些放到面碗里。
  • 5.先煮青菜,再煮挂面。
  • 6.面条放入锅里的时候另起一锅加入植物油,放入肉丝翻炒变色,要是只有一个锅就先炒酸萝卜肉丝。
  • 7.加入生抽和花椒粉,放入酸萝卜酸姜和泡椒,翻炒两分钟后关火,面条捞出放入碗中,码上酸萝卜肉丝即可。
