洋葱通心粉
以前逛超市时看见意大利通心粉觉得好奇,不知道味道怎么样。就买了一盒回来,比中国面贵多了,同等份量至少是3、4倍的价格。第一次吃的时候没煮熟,硬硬的不好吃。我看了一个配料表是硬质小麦,怪不得这么难煮呢!不吃掉也浪费啊,西式做法也不会,就来个中式做法吧!这次知道了,多煮一会,其他的跟做中式面条一样一样的。

Steps to make 洋葱通心粉

  • 1.准备好原材料,把洋葱和大蒜切碎。
  • 2.锅中加水烧开。
  • 3.水中加适量的盐下通心粉,这个面很难煮,我煮了十几分钟,一定要挑一根尝尝是不是熟透了,不然中间硬硬的不好吃。
  • 4.下好的面沥水。
  • 5.鸡蛋打开,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.我这个锅很小,我分两次倒入蛋液,摊成蛋皮。
  • 7.摊好的蛋皮切碎。
  • 8.锅洗干净,加少许油。
  • 9.加入切碎的洋葱和大蒜,翻炒一会。
  • 10.加入番茄酱继续翻炒。
  • 11.加入切碎的蛋皮。
  • 12.翻炒一会后,加适量的水煮开,不要太多。
  • 13.倒入下好的通心粉。
  • 14.翻炒至水干,加适量的盐调味(前面下通心粉时加过盐了,要适量哦)。注意不要粘锅了。盛起来,开吃了!
