学做辣白菜~
辣白菜的制作方法很多很多,在美食天下留意了很旧,注意到一个我觉得还蛮好的照着做了一下,成品吧,还可以,如果不咸的话真的很好哩!
下次还准备尝试一些做法,总结出一个制作最适合东北人口味的~辣白菜!

  • 辣白菜一颗
  • 糯米粉两勺
  • 一小块(去皮)
  • 蒜末六七瓣
  • 两大勺
  • 可以不放(腌白菜时候用了)

Steps to make 学做辣白菜~

  • 1.把大白菜洗净,切成两半。
  • 2.用腌制盐把大白菜从外到内均匀摸一边用石头(或重物)压制。我是从晚上9.30开始做的到第二天五点钟,据说不要腌制超过十小时。
  • 3.早上把腌制的白菜用清水洗净,注意一定要彻底的清洗(我太听话了没有彻底清洗结果很咸那,呵呵)攥干。
  • 4.姜去皮切末,蒜切碎、加入辣椒粉,白糖。
  • 5.糯米粉加水搅合均匀,锅里放水烧开倒入糯米粉水,搅合均匀,咕嘟咕嘟冒泡了,
  • 6.关火倒入准备好的调料内,拌匀。
  • 7.料趁热戴上手套从外到内一层一层的涂匀。
  • 8.涂好了,放入冰箱(我放在屋子里了)
  • 9.晚上下班回来,辣白菜有模样咯!(就是有点咸,当时不那么听话好了,事实证明做什么不能全听菜谱的,也要自己好好动脑想想呢。)当咸菜吃咯!呵呵呵
