  • 4.用芋泥馅和白豆沙把蛋黄包起来,揉圆。
  • 5.松弛好的面团等分成20份,盖上保鲜膜防止风干。
  • 6.取一个面团,擀圆。
  • 7.包上一个馅。
  • 8.慢慢用虎口收口。
  • 9.稍微按扁整形。
  • 10.我只包了13个有蛋黄的,其余的可以直接包芋泥和白豆沙。
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火190,中层,烤20分钟左右。
