剩饭的华丽转身——蛋烤饭
不知你是否也有过这样的时候?某个周末,一个人宅在家,慵慵懒懒,除了上网看电视睡觉,其它的啥也不想干。打开冰箱们伫在那半天,冰箱里居然也是空空如也,所剩无几。肚子饿得咕咕叫却不知道该吃啥?在厨房溜达一圈无意中发现电饭煲里居然还有一碗白花花的剩饭,于是泡点开水找点榨菜就这么将就了一顿饭。其实,不用白开水和榨菜,如果偶尔遇上真有那么一天懒病犯了啥事都不想干的时候,不妨给自己做个这样的剩饭。简单但绝不将就。不用炒不用煮,只需开动烤箱,剩饭,也可以吃得美味和营养。不过一定要记住最后一步就是不用将鸡蛋烤得全熟,大概七层熟,饭烤好后利用烤盘里的余热赶紧将米饭和鸡蛋搅拌在一起,蛋黄均匀包裹每一颗米饭,金黄灿灿,经过烤盘中高温的余热再次加热后,熟而不老。糅合着奶油的鲜美,混在一起色彩亮丽,鲜香可口,像极了小时候吃过的石灰水蒸鸡蛋拌饭的味道。  没错!偶现在吃得就是蛋烤饭而不是蛋炒饭!

Steps to make 剩饭的华丽转身——蛋烤饭

  • 1.米饭找个烤盘装好。配料如图准备好。火腿用刀从两侧斜刀切几个口子。
  • 2.倒入鲜奶油和一小茶匙盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.打一个鸡蛋在饭上。加1勺橄榄油浇在鸡蛋上。撒一些肉桂粉在鸡蛋旁边(我是超喜欢肉桂粉的味道,如果不喜欢可以不用加)火腿也摆在鸡蛋边。
  • 4.入烤箱400华氏度,10分钟。拌匀即食。
