  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.肉馅里加鸡蛋,葱姜,一小勺料酒生抽少许的盐,最后加一勺生粉搅拌
  • 3.筷子顺时针的方向把肉末上劲
  • 4.取一个面筋包用筷子捣个小洞,在用筷子在里面转一个圈把面筋包里
  • 5.在把肉一点点的塞进去
  • 6.塞好的面筋肉
  • 7.锅里放入油葱姜爆香加入面筋包油煎一下让里面肉定型不散
  • 8.在加入适量的生抽料酒白糖八角,加点水
  • 9.放去一勺甜辣酱大火煮开,小火焖烧到二十多分钟入味就可以啦
  • 10.出锅加点葱花辣椒鸡精
  • 11.装盘加入焯水的青菜点缀一下
