  • 红心火龙果1/4个
  • 西兰花7-8小朵
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 蛋花寿司堡

  • 1.先把米饭焖好,鸡蛋打散
  • 2.锅中刷薄薄一层油,摊入鸡蛋,煎成蛋饼
  • 3.煎好的蛋饼切成细丝备用
  • 4.西兰花开水加1滴油焯过
  • 5.焯过的西兰花榨汁、火龙果榨汁备用;取适量的咖喱汁(早上做的咖喱口蘑,可以换成其他任意颜色)
  • 6.将咖喱汁与一份米饭拌匀
  • 7.将西兰花汁与一份米饭拌匀
  • 8.将火龙果汁与一份米饭拌匀
  • 9.取一个心形慕斯模具,在模具内侧抹少许油防粘,放入咖喱拌饭
  • 10.用一头是平的工具压实(我用的是咖啡量勺的另一端)
  • 11.接着放入西兰花拌饭
  • 12.压实后,放入火龙果拌饭
  • 13.压实
  • 14.上面随意放上蛋丝装饰
  • 15.上成品啦~~
  • 16.是不是很漂亮呢~~
