  • 白醋几滴

Steps to make 红茶戚风蛋糕

  • 1.1包红茶用50克开水冲泡,约10分钟,取出30克红茶水备用,并将袋中的红茶沫取出备用;
  • 2.蛋黄中加入糖搅拌均匀,使糖融化;
  • 3.加入红茶水搅匀;
  • 4.加入玉米油搅匀;
  • 5.加入过筛的低筋面粉,搅拌均匀;
  • 6.加入红茶沫拌匀,备用;
  • 7.在蛋白中加入盐和几滴白醋;
  • 8.分三次加入事先混合好玉米淀粉的糖,低速打至湿性偏干状态;
  • 9.取出1/3的蛋白加入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀;
  • 10.然后倒回剩余的蛋白中;
  • 11.继续翻拌均匀;
  • 12.将拌好的面糊倒入模具中,轻轻震出气泡(正好来电话,忘震了),烤箱预热170度,放入模具后,温度调至150度,烤35分钟,取出模具后,将模具从20cm高度摔下,落在台面上,然后倒扣放凉。
