  • 1.这一盘花了35元。
  • 2.准备食材。
  • 3.起锅烧油,下葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 4.倒入文蛤,翻炒几下。
  • 5.加少量清水,一勺料酒,下小米辣。(这里我倒太多水了,文蛤会出汁水,水要少加点)
  • 6.倒入一勺生抽,不用翻动。
  • 7.等文蛤全部开口,撒上葱花就可以出锅了。不要煮太久,太久壳肉分离,而且肉质变老。文蛤本身有咸味,生抽也有味道,不用再加盐。文蛤很鲜美,不用加鸡精。
  • 8.成品。简简单单,非常鲜美。
