红丝绒蛋糕

  • 奶酪霜: 奶油奶酪250克
  • 黄油120克
  • 奶油100克
  • 糖粉50克

Steps to make 红丝绒蛋糕

  • 1.将新鲜的柠檬切开后挤出汁来, 过滤掉其中的小籽;
  • 2. 快速的冲入牛奶;
  • 3. 静置一会儿,约10分钟,可以看到其中底下有些凝固, 这样酪乳就制作完成了;
  • 4. 黄油室温软化之后加细砂糖打至颜色发白;
  • 5. 将鸡蛋打散之后分次加入黄油内,每次搅打均匀再加入下一次;
  • 6. 加入过了筛的红曲粉、可可粉、香草精、和泡打粉, 搅拌均匀;
  • 7. 倒入1/3酪乳, 切拌均匀;
  • 8. 再筛入1/3的粉,切拌均匀;
  • 9. 然后再倒入1/3酪乳,再筛粉;分次把酪乳和粉轮流加入;
  • 10. 切拌均匀后装入两个六寸圆模.;
  • 11. 160度, 40分钟, 放入烤箱的中下层;
  • 12. 牙签扎入不带面糊就熟了, 拿出来倒扣放凉后脱模;
  • 13. 奶油奶酪和黄油隔水软化搅匀;
  • 14. 加入糖粉搅打一下,加入动物性奶油和几滴柠檬汁搅拌均匀;
  • 15.17. 两个蛋糕分别切成片;
  • 16. 取一部分奶酪霜, 均匀的涂在蛋糕中间夹层和四周;
  • 17.剩余部分先加入点红色色素, 搅拌均匀;
  • 18. 装入6齿中号星星嘴裱花袋中;
  • 19. 先将上面的表面沿着边缘挤出圆形, 挤花的就是划上圆圈;
  • 20. 再调入的红色色素, 搅拌均匀;
  • 21. 接着下面继续划圈,将花朵形成一片; 逐渐将颜色调深;
  • 22. 将多余的蛋糕片捏成小碎粒;
  • 23. 放部分在蛋糕中间部,再用勺沿着边缘放上一圈;
  • 24.这样一个漂亮的“红丝绒蛋糕”就完成了。
