天气热起来了,这个季节最受欢迎的就是凉拌菜了,不用开火就更好了,做饭吃饭也都没有那么麻烦了。
今天来教你们做一道好吃的凉拌海带,酸辣爽口,不油腻,开胃小菜非它莫属了。
海带可是一个好东西,特别是一些高血压的人群很适合食用海带,缺碘的人也可以通常食补吃海带来补碘,方便又有效。海带的吃法也是很多种,可以凉拌,可以炒,可以炖,还可以煮汤,比较适合夏天的就是凉拌了,酸辣可口,味道绝了。

  • 芝麻1把
  • 油醋2勺
  • 酱油1勺
  • 香菜少许

Steps to make 凉拌海带丝

  • 1.先来准备所需要的食材,这里的海带我是买的新鲜的,很厚实,味道也更鲜,只是刚买来的新鲜海带不能立即用水清洗。
  • 2.一条海带分成几块,松散地摆放在笼屉上,锅里装适量的凉水,盖上盖子上锅蒸,上汽后开始计时,10分钟后关火。
  • 3.关火后不要马上打开锅盖,再焖3-5分钟,然后自然晾凉,完全凉透了,用凉水清洗干净,需要多清洗几次,如果着急就用温热水来洗,一定不能直接用凉水清洗,否则海带就会变硬。
  • 4.然后把清洗好的海带切成细丝,长度大约20厘米左右,太短了不好夹,太长了吃起来不方便。
  • 5.辣椒切成辣椒圈备用。
  • 6.大蒜去皮切成蒜末备用。
  • 7.在大蒜里加入油醋和酱油来调味,因为新鲜海带本身有咸味,所以不需要加盐,如果海带自身盐分有些多,可以蒸好后用凉水浸泡一会儿。
  • 8.海带丝里放入一把芝麻,辣椒圈,再把拌好的蒜汁浇上去,拌匀后撒上香菜,就可以上桌品尝了。
