  • 2.加入清水浸泡半小时。

  • 5.加少许盐,炒两分钟断生,关火备用。
  • 6.泡好的大米,清洗干净。
  • 7.再次加入没过大米一厘米的水即可。
  • 8.倒入土豆胡萝卜块。
  • 9.中火烧开后,转最小火。
  • 10.盖上盖子,小火焖烧20分钟。
  • 11.然后放上腊肠。
